Behavior Specialist
DESCRIPTION: Provide support and training for teachers, staff, and parents to address and manage students with challenging behaviors. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (a major or emphasis in behavior, child psychology, or counseling preferred) Ability to work well with students Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children preferred Knowledge and experience with behavior support plans Knowledge of behavior and social skills intervention techniques and methodologies Ability to work with students in need of behavior support Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills SALARY: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Based on experience 187 Service Days HIRE DATE: Immediately ON-LINE APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE @ www.woccisd.net.
