Position: Program Coordinator, Teacher Incentive Allotment Assessment Specialist
Reports to: Director, Educator Certification Program
Location: Edison Plaza, 350 Pine St., Ste. 500, Beaumont, Texas

Length of Work Year: full time/ 231 days
Education: Master’s Degree Required
Qualifications:
Exemplary communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Minimum of 2 years of district or campus administrative experience, including knowledge and experience with: Human Capital and Talent Systems Finance Teacher Incentive Allotment Data Collection and Disaggregation
Special Knowledge and Skills:
Campus or District implementation of Teacher Incentive Allotment
Ability to facilitate conversations with superintendents and district leadership teams
Confident communication (both verbally and in writing) with stakeholders that invests them in process and builds analysis and planning skills
Ability to give frequent feedback to stakeholders on quality of analysis and implementation planning
Strong presentation skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a flexible manner
Remain abreast in current technology, as it applies to job efficiency
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support school systems in developing and implementing assessments to support student growth measures within TIA.
Attending all recommended TIA training from TEA and Specialized Hubs needed to build ESC capacity. This may include travel.
Maintain strong working relationships with District Leadership
Complete and submit all necessary benchmarks, tasks, and requirements
Participate fully for the duration of the grant
Collaborate and communicate with TEA in the time and manner requested by TEA Leverage existing ESC capacity around talent or strategic leadership to support this work
Identify opportunities to leverage existing ESC support for districts, including TIL, T-TESS, data systems, and assessment support
Connect districts with statewide services and monitor participation
Working Conditions: Mental Demands, Physical Demands and Environmental Factors
Extensive Travel both in and out of region
Multi-tasking, scheduling and meeting multiple deadlines Work cooperatively with a wide range of programs and personalities
Maintain confidentiality
